Responsibilities And Duties
Speak colorfully about the menu to advise guests on best meal for them. Take orders at the register, handling cash and card payments
Expeditors packing up to go orders, ensure all food is accurate, and bring out meals to dine-in guests
Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems
Clean both dining room and other areas of restaurant that may need support
Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
The ability to work in a fast paced, high energy and demanding environment while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism
