About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack to join our engineering team. You will lead the development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications, guiding the team through hands-on development, strategic oversight, and deployment processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for cutting-edge technology and innovative design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of full stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Define and oversee the architecture of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
• Build and manage server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
• Utilize Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces and experiences.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage the deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient releases of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices, and incorporates them into the development process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal use and future reference.
  
  

You are close if you have

• Minimum of 5 years of full stack development experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience in designing and developing APIs.
• Proficiency in using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Experience with deployment processes and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with modern build tools and development workflows (e.g., Webpack, Vite, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
