Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the management team
Support the preparation and organization of materials for upcoming fall committee meetings
Help coordinate logistics for committee meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with participants
Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Duration:
