Are you passionate about shaping user experiences and driving impactful research in the healthcare education sector? Join our client's innovative Nursing and Health Education (NHE) team as a UX Researcher II. In this role, you will conduct user research to support our product team, turning data into actionable insights that help make informed decisions to support our users—nurses and healthcare educators.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead impactful user research to align with product objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop and refine our assessment tools.
• Generate actionable insights from research, presenting findings clearly and succinctly.
• Conduct non-biased research ensuring integrity and accuracy in your findings.
• Quickly ramp up to conduct research at a fast pace, ideally completing a study a month.
• Form strong working relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Advocate for best practices in UX research and model excellence in user-centered research processes.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Clearly and succinctly create actionable insights from research.
2. Effectively communicate research findings and collaborate with team members.
3. Conduct non-biased research ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
• A degree that provides knowledge and experience in research is beneficial but not required.
• Proven ability to provide actionable insights from research and conduct research at a quick pace.
• Experience in forming effective working relationships with designers, product managers, and engineers.
