Vice President of People - Strategy & Operations

An exciting opportunity awaits a transformational people leader at a small to medium-sized manufacturing company in Birmingham, AL.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership to elevate the company's people operations. Leveraging technology and marshalling resources to optimize key areas including talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards and recognition, and employee engagement will be critical.

Experience in an entrepreneurial, nimble environment, where strategic building towards the company’s vision was essential, is ideal.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the senior leadership team. Experience managing multiple sites or business units is also desirable.
