JCW is recruiting for a VP in Project Finance for a rapidly growing foreign bank in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing wind, solar, and hydro-power transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Focused on the execution of project finance debt transactions across a variety of potential energy and resource innovation sectors, including: renewable energy, chemicals, metals, oil and gas.
- In-depth financial analysis including spreading financial data, helping to score counterparties through in-house scoring models and updating Credit Rating and advising on credit risk appetite.
- To communicate effectively with senior management and the credit team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Corporate Banking experience is required
- Strong experience reviewing Project Finance, Natural Gas, and traditional Oil & Gas Companies.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
