What You'll Be Doing:

CoreLogic is seeking a VP, Human Resources to lead the HRBP team for the Enterprise Operations Group (EOG) consisting of 1600 employees. This role has HR responsibility across multiple CoreLogic locations, will serve as a strategic partner to the EOG executive team, and function as the interface between HR and business leaders through the design and implementation of a cohesive HR strategy, which is aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The VP, HR will partner closely with the HR COE’s to support the functional leadership teams to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent. This role will partner with executive leadership on areas such as organizational design, talent management and development, succession planning, performance management and coaching during an exciting time of transformational change. This role will help drive the performance of a workforce with a mix of tenured, newer, and contingent employees, and lead with a positive inclusive mindset. This role reports directly to the CHRO, will serve as a member of the HR SLT, and act as an integral member of the HR leadership team. This role will lead a team of 5 experienced HRBPs and is based in either Dallas TX, or Irvine, CA (hybrid).


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy for EOG that includes talent acquisition, retention, performance management, DEI, and leadership development, all in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee a high performing team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent HR practices across many teams in multiple locations.
  • Provide proactive human resources leadership and consultation to the Enterprise Operations Group (EOG), supporting executives of the organization to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with C-suite and executive management to provide guidance on organizational change and other people-led and transformational initiatives.
  • Support EOG’s transformation with AI-enablement and automation through upskilling workforce and ensuring employees have the skills of the future
  • Help leaders to make changes in organizational structure or processes to support EOG’s transformation.
  • Ensure organizational success in complex business situations such as M&A, integrations, and workforce planning, including leveraging third party networks to drive scale and efficiency.
  • Responsible for identifying the need for human resources programs or strategies to support business objectives as well as strategic direction.
  • Serve as an integrated part of the business, working with and advising managers and leaders of respective client groups to align with and assist in accomplishing broader business objectives.
  • Provide senior management with an interpretation of current human resources policies.
  • Partner with the HR COE’s to deliver customized programs and services to the business in the areas of talent development, talent acquisition and compensation.
  • Leverage HR Services team to help manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Develop and conduct presentations to leaders and managers on a variety of human resources subjects.
  • Participate in global human resources initiatives that may require taking the lead on human resources projects within the client group.
  • Support continued growth and infrastructure by identifying talent gaps and development areas across the global EOG organization and other areas as the business grows.

Job Qualifications:

  • Possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in various people functions across business units; experience across talent management/acquisition, rewards, employee relations, organizational design, inclusion and diversity, and culture is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of broader business management, having led teams (in/out of human resources function) for at least five years and serving as an advisor/partner at the highest level within an organization.
  • Experience leading a team of HR business partners that are supporting client groups going through high rates of transformation; expert in change management required.
  • Experience with AI/automation business transformation – helped lead change, create a culture shift; and design future-state organization and workforce models.
  • Experience supporting both professional and operational staff preferred, with various staffing models including full-time, offshore, and contingent workforces.
  • Strong leader development and high performing teams experience, including leader assessment, team effectiveness, facilitation skills, and talent review.
  • Experience working in a data-driven HR team with ability to influence using data and deep knowledge of people analytics.
  • Hands-on knowledge of remote/hybrid management best practices to support a productive and inclusive culture.
  • Experience working in a global company a plus; experience with both Canadian and US employment laws desired.
  • Must be able to spend an average of 1-2 days/week on site and travel 10-15%.


The anticipated salary range for this position in the US in CA is $200K-$245K annual base with a 30% annual bonus and equity component.
