As the Website Manager, your role encompasses the comprehensive oversight of our website. Responsibilities entail the management of blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos, and webpages. You will contribute to the creation of new content or audit the current content to pinpoint improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will often engage in search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the website's visibility and augment web traffic.
Responsibilities
Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards.
Audit content and remove duplicate information.
Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality.
Create strategies to improve website traffic.
Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies.
Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.
Evaluate competitors' websites.
Follow industry best practices.
Identify ways to improve website user experience.
Implement security measures to protect websites.
Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.
Monitor for website security breaches and respond to them as needed.
Plan, create, implement, manage, monitor and update websites for organizations.
Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize the website's structure and functions.
Reply to, troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Update website coding frequently.
Requirements
Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
Understanding of PPC, website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Proven experience as a Digital Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing digital marketing; minimum 7 years of experience
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and motivational approach
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
Passion for brands, consumer/Customer behavior, and market dynamics
An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
