Responsibilities
Day-to-day L3 support for Windows and AD infra, including troubleshooting Windows AD/DNS/DHCP/IIS
Patching Windows servers as required for monthly vulnerability management
SME for SCCM and robot automated server builds
provide application integration support on Windows servers
automation engineer experience to support internal self-service tools and websites
knowledge of active directory, VM ware, and Citrix
maintain performance monitoring systems such as intrusion detection, virus scanning applications
