- Now that you've made your plan for the day, how are you going to stick to it? Well, in this lesson we're going to walk through a simple tracking system. It's all about seeing what you've accomplished and what slipped through the cracks, helping you keep that forward momentum going. I like to call this system mindful accountability. It's observing what got done and what didn't get done in a non-judgmental way. Starting with mindful accountability can be as simple as implementing a tracking system. The authors of "The 4 Disciplines of Execution" put it well when they said, "People play differently when they're keeping score." You essentially want to keep score on how you are doing at sticking to your priorities. Using tools to keep score can transform your approach, making your progress visible and tangible.
