Interestingly, 94% of these career launches exhibited traits aligned with either "The Counselor Persona" or "The Operative Persona" within our HAALO assessment. On the other hand, those with the Operative Persona possess a strategic mindset, are highly adaptable, and seek rewarding work both personally and professionally. Our data shows that these personas have a remarkable retention rate of over 92% six months after launch. This means that out of approximately 280 individuals with either the Counselor or Operative persona, about 260 are still thriving in their roles today.
