We’ve just announced our agreement to become full owners of iFood, an amazing Brazilian platform business that today is rapidly becoming a fully-fledged customer ecosystem comprising food and grocery delivery, quick commerce, and fintech.   We've been a long-term partner of iFood and Fabricio Bloisi, iFood’s CEO and the founder of Movile, through which we’ll acquire the remaining 33.3% stake in iFood from Just Eat Takeaway.com (JET). The agreement is subject to a JET shareholder vote.      Fabricio Bloisi, said: “Prosus has been a committed partner to iFood and Movile over the last decade.
