🌟 Employee Spotlight: Avery Tritch! 🌟 Avery has been at Case Status for over three years, starting as the Technical Support Manager/QA and Integrations Specialist. He jumped right in, tackling early challenges head-on. Since then, his role has evolved, and he's continuously raised the bar, focusing on improving data solutions, consulting on custom CMS addendums, and communicating customer needs directly to our product and engineering teams. Avery's favorite part about working at Case Status is the relentless drive to challenge the status quo, reduce friction, and keep things simple. Avery's proudest moments come from turning simple ideas into real innovations. His work on CaseyAI, which transforms complex workflows into seamless experiences, stands out. Seeing how CaseyAI can simplify and streamline traditionally complex processes has been especially rewarding.
