In May 2024 alone, 114 website accessibility lawsuits were filed, with the Apparel, Food & Beverage, and Household Products industries being the most targeted. Notably, 73% of these lawsuits were filed in New York, with California following at 20%. These trends underscore the urgency for organizations to prioritize accessibility.
