We are thrilled to announce the launch of our structured internship program, Camp Core, which kicked off on June 3rd. Camp Core is designed to immerse our interns in the Core business model through comprehensive knowledge workshops, fostering a deep appreciation for the various business units critical to our success. This summer, we welcomed 19 talented interns across 9 teams to Camp Core, with 16 of them based in our Chicago office—a 129% increase from 2023! Key Features of Camp Core Knowledge Workshops: Face time with Leaders: Our interns will have the opportunity to engage directly with key stakeholders and leaders from each business unit, recognizing the value of face-to-face interactions. Early Collaboration: By facilitating early interactions among interns and leaders, we aim to promote a collaborative and cross-functional learning environment. Comprehensive Learning: The 17 strategically structured workshops cover the entire business deal process, ensuring our interns leave with a thorough understanding of our operations.
