Well this was a first for me and my Microsoft coworker Sean Merritt. We had the pleasure of attending a dinner at the Army/Navy Club in Washington DC this week. It was an honor and a great experience. BTW, yes, I have been known to wear a suit. 😏 #WhenInRome 🤣

Today was a wild day for me... Back in 1987 I step foot on this same pier (pier 11 at NB Norfolk) and walked on board the CV-67 USS JFK for the first time. Then in 1992, I walked off this pier for the last time. We'll, today was my first time back on that pier but this time I walked onboard the CVN-78 USS Ford to visit CAPT Christi Montgomery and get a tour of the US Navy newest carrier. What a beautiful next-generation carrier. Side note, the new USS JFK (CVN-79) is getting built up the coast from here. Can't wait to get the invite to visit that version... 😎

80 years ago today, "the Greatest Generation" stormed the beaches, jumped out of planes and fought from the water. A sacrifice for freedom that we should never forget. Take a moment to think about the ones that have fallen. #NeverForgotten #GODspeed #ProudVeteran

Today we all should take a moment of silence and remember the ones that have fallen for our freedom. Our flag does not fly because of the wind moves it. It flies with the last breath of every warfighter/peacekeeper who died defending it. #GODspeed #RIP 🇺🇸 I had the pleasure of visiting Arlington National Cemetery a number of times. On one of my visits I had the honor of getting a coin and gave a coin to one of the Army Guards.
