Delta Air Lines I was denied onto my flight. Unprofessional to say the least. I showed up 15 mins early with two mins early and got the doors shut in my face . I am One of your most loyal customers. I dont think ill ever fly with you again after this. My kids and I were affected by your company. Your manager let other people in the doors but for some reason she didn’t let me in. This was at JFK today

Please have JFK operations install a sign coming up the escalator from the A gates on the lower level indicating there is a lounge to the left once up the escalator. There is a sign showing this when you approach them to go down, but now when coming up. Walked all the way to the B lounge and only saw the A lounge on the way back.
It would be outstanding if Delta would return to the previous Medallion qualification program based on the number of segments flown versus MQD’s or increase the MQD values. I’m flying more than my last year of Diamond Medallion qualification and receiving less benefit and it’s become very frustrating Delta Air Lines

Waouh looks fantastic! But unfortunately the Air France Elite plus members do not have the right to enter this lounge for domestic flights. Nobody in Air France are aware of this unfair rule.

I am very surprised they did not place one in ATL or have plans to soon. What was the strategy to these specific locations? I totally understand JFK and LAX, but Boston and Seattle. Nevertheless, it looks great!!
