Last week, a few DCM employees had the privilege of attending the 2024 Spring Benefit for the All Stars Project of Chicago. It was a pleasure to hear from the individuals who have been participating in the program and the positive impact it has had on their lives. A special thanks to our Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Bob Kurinsky, who sits on the board of the All Stars Project of Chicago and has been leader and champion of their youth development program.

Last week DCM was able to host the first #FinanceInFocus event for our partner organization Out in Finance. Thank you to Phillip Blee and our very own Sarah Rossi for sharing your experiences and insight on the significance of an inclusive workspace when it comes to the #LGBTQ+ community. It was a great evening, and we are thankful to OIF for bringing this important conversation to our doorstep!
