@healthians can you please stop making spam calls. I made a mistake of enquiring about your services and it has been such an irritating journey ever since. Have getting 15-20 calls in a day one after another. That too at odd hours of the night. Is there any CRM process in place to monitor it

Looks totally mis nanaged company. My blood sample was collected on 12.06.2024 for 3 test but yes received report only for one test. Inspite of so many calls on customer service no one is clarifying the matter and only giving assurance to look into the matter. Am not getting any escalation matrix hence posting here with a hope that some one wenior in company may take a note.
