I'm hiring a Senior Growth Marketer at Circularise We are excited to have you onboard if you are someone who understands funnels and conversion and really wants to build the plumbing/Ops/analytics we need to build a marketing machine. The machine doesn’t mean big. But machine means predictable, repeatable, quantifiable growth. As a Senior Growth Marketer, you’ll set and execute a growth strategy for driving qualified leads to sales through paid programs, ABM campaigns, webinars, tradeshow events, and other channels. You will partner with Product and Content Marketing to ensure all content drives engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for lead nurturing (nurturing database), and tracking the success of our full-funnel growth efforts. Are you a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual? Then this role is tailor-made for you. You must be an expert in growth marketing and very competent in product marketing. We're on the lookout for someone who's not just a doer but also a thinker. You should be quick to switch from big-picture strategy to hands-on work. We need you to spot what needs to be done, plan it out, and jump right in to make it happen. And while we love that go-getter attitude, you've also got to be savvy about setting goals and sorting out what's most important for our marketing efforts. We expect you to be a cross-functional leader. To collaborate on growth strategy across the company, share funnel metrics regularly, be a liaison between sales and marketing, and partner with product marketing on GTM and product launches. As we grow, you'll help build our marketing team and growth marketing function, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will join a team of 6 including a Junior Growth Marketer, Designer, Content Marketer, and Product Marketer, reporting directly to Head of Marketing. Your product isn’t only your product. As Tony Fadell says “It’s the whole user experience—a chain that begins when someone learns about your brand for the first time and ends when your product disappears from their life, returned or thrown away, sold to a friend or deleted in a burst of electrons.” At Circularise, we're laser-focused on our north star — the product. But here's the thing: it's not just about the product. Our customers are on a journey with every step they take, and it's crucial to get each one right. If a step is off, even slightly, it can trip them up big time. Therefore we constantly ask ourselves: 👉 How to provide value to people instead of just marketing and selling, marketing and selling until they are tired of us? 👉 What are all the touch points of our customers? 👉 Where do they learn about us? 👉 Who do we partner with to make our customers’ lives easier? 👉 How can we provide the best onboarding experience? 👉 How do we stay in touch with the customer in a way that’s actually useful? And while we keep building the best customer experience we can, it often feels out of reach. There is always something to improve, but there are never enough resources for it. It’s a constant battle of prioritization. Which means something has to be sacrificed. But that’s the real start-up experience. As Claire Hughes Johnson from Stripe says, “A strategy should hurt. The trade-offs—where you invest time and resources, and where you don’t—should be painful and disappointing, either internally or to your customers. There’s no such thing as a strong strategy that prioritizes everything at once.” So we keep working, trying to make our customer’s experience better one step at a time. Who else feels this way?
