Mike has an impressive 37 years of tenure in water/wastewater construction and is tasked with pioneering our expansion into the intermountain/southwest region! Mike holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University, an A.A. in Mechanical Engineering and is DBIA accredited. Beginning his career as a Field Engineer and ascending through the ranks, Mike has a great depth of technical expertise and experience in our industry. Mike’s construction centric leadership style aligns seamlessly with the Weiss vision. Last weekend, I completed a personal achievement of mine! I made a decision at the start of the year to raise funds for World Child Cancer; a charity supporting children battling cancer worldwide, whilst completing a challenge I never deemed doable. I set myself the challenge of completing both the London Marathon and the Mallorca Ironman within just 3 weeks of one another. The marathon spanning 42km and the Ironman comprising a 2km open sea swim, 90km cycle, and 21.5km run, I aimed to mirror the endurance faced by these brave kids. The journey was undeniably challenging, yet what an experience!!! After a year long of tough training sessions, late nights in the pool or on the bike, we got it done.
