Finally, I'm in front of the camera. Hi, I'm Rashan and I lead design and content production at Powerup Money. Part of Money's content is very video first. Naturally, for something like investments, when you get into explaining concepts, you need more than just words. Financial topics can be dense, so it was important to break them down into digestible and visually compelling content to keep the user engaged. For Power Academy, we are experimenting with a variety of visual narratives and delivery styles, which automatically accounts for countless iterations in the process of cracking the right format, and we have already created an in-house muscle. This is another approach has allowed us to be agile, make quick adjustments and refine our content based on immediate feedback, avoiding high cost of productions and delays associated with the outsourcing. It's been a vital part of enjoying. Our videos are not only informative but also captivating. Currently, our priority is content exclusivity, so we own full rights to all our content, which allows us to control the quality and ensure they align with our brand values. Our colleagues are also the ones creating and featuring in these videos because, well, nobody knows our product better than us. The focus is to standardize our visual narrative, so they hold great potential to scale in the future. We are also spending time perfecting the characters that we present in our videos. The initial effort we put in will help us cut down this shoot time and the production time in the future. Currently we can shoot about 3 videos a day and produce one full course within 15 days which is a good start for us. Building an in house production engine has been rewarding so far. We will also be exploring new formats and styles to enhance user engagement. I can't wait to churn out more content for Power Academy. How differently do you invest now after working on Power Up Money? I would say it has made me think differently about. Danny and my investments, which I wasn't doing before, I have become open to new ideas. When you actively see people having more conversations about money and having the same thoughts about investing, they give you different direction or way of thinking. They may not influence you, but you get introduced to newer things and start exploring more. Are you ready for a rapid fire Ishan? Sure, let's start. How would you describe your relationship with money? It is complicated and investment lesson you learned. The hard way of fluid relationship with money can lead to a missed investment opportunity and investment. You are proud of my first two metro city. And investment goal you want to achieve in the next 10 years. Not frequently checking my bank balance. Who's your go to person for financial advice? Myself. Over the years I have become more confident with my decisions. What has been your biggest investment so far? Was it an emotional decision? Well, my biggest investment would be my house, which I bought during the peak of the pandemic. I wouldn't say mine was an emotional decision. The rent we were paying and the EMI of a new house was coming more or less at the same cost, so we thought why not just buy our own? Yes, it was probably not a practical decision as we had bought it when everything was uncertain, but I didn't do it without fully understanding my capabilities either. Even today I know what I can afford and where I should put my money in. I have understood that well over the years.
