I'm delighted to share the promotion of Lara Kern to Consultant at JD Ross Energy. Lara is a valued member of our team focussed on the German Renewable industry. Being from Frankfurt she has a great understanding of the cultural nuisances that you need to be aware of when working in Germany. Lara is a brilliant relationship builder (a great asset for a recruiter!), she has an infectiously positive personality and is loved by everyone in the office. That also translates to her network of candidates and clients, who always give positive feedback not only on her service, but the fact that she truly cares about them as people. Last year I was lucky enough to be awarded the Purpose award by JD Ross Energy and just returned from our Super trip to Denver.
