For 225 years, we’ve proudly led with courage and heart, driven by our purpose to do the right thing for our clients, customers, employees, and communities in good and challenging times. Today, we're excited to announce a bold new chapter in our history. To better reflect our purpose, we're refreshing our brand: ✨ New Name: We’re modernizing our name to JPMorganChase, removing “& Co.” and uniting JPMorgan and Chase as a singular word to emphasize our collective impact. 🎨 Updated Look: Our new color palette draws inspiration from our “new” 270 Park headquarters in New York City, which opens in 2025 and pays homage to the iconic brown and blue of our flagship brands, J.P. Morgan and Chase. 🌐 Revamped Website: Check out the modernized jpmorganchase.com and see how we’re making an impact. We’re excited to continue our journey with you.

I will miss the blue….

I understand the meaning of the change. But I personally feel like there should have been a survey either within and outside the company before it is applied. I personally like the brown color—it's very classy and politically neutral. The modern name "JPMorgan Chase" resonates well with how we often pronounce the company brand on a daily basis. However, the font used for the shortcut logo (JPMC) is not strong enough for a long-standing, influential financial organization. The font size is also too small, making it easy to be mistaken as a luxury fashion brand rather than a distinguished banking and financial institution from a mere glance. JP Morgan Chase is a recognizable name regardless. It would be interesting to see how stakeholders and individual consumers feel about the change.

Nice job, but the act of shortening a name and changing a color pallet improving courage and heart might be a bridge too far.

I visited the jpmorganchase.com link from the post; however, I see a variety of font sizes used for content copy and inconsistent use of JPMorganChase and JPMorgan(sp)Chase throughout the articles. Just confused on which version will be used and where? I also will miss the blue. Imo, blue has always expressed a trusting and confident message. I wish you all the best in this updated branding initiative!

As someone who appreciates branding, this is an amazing milestone for the firm! 💡

Standing a few blocks from the New Park Ave Building, I stood there perplexed as to why in the world were the criss/cross structural members of the building visibly brown. Where was that Chase iconic Blue? Well now I know.
