Pumped to finally be able to close the post lay-off unemployment chapter after 118 days! I've got some great statistics and information to share about how my job search went later, but for now, it's all about celebration and shoutouts! I'm thrilled to be joining Kjeld W. on the Revenue Operations team at User Interviews. I'm excited to be adding to a team that already has a great foundation built and be able to help scale processes and take User Interviews to the next level! Big shoutout to Heidi Glynn for creating an incredible interview journey. I've got some doozies of stories to tell from these last few months, but Heidi not only remained in constant communication with me, she went to bat for me when I requested interview accommodations. The User Interviews team recently gathered in Denver for a weeklong company retreat. Why? These 'offsites' are a chance to bond with our remote colleagues; align around beliefs, goals, and visions; and set ourselves up for an awesome year ahead. And those aren't just fuzzy aspirations—our last company retreat was in 2019. Since then, we've doubled both our team size and funding. And revenue?
