Over the past five years, people have asked me when are you guys gonna have a gala? When are you gonna have a ball? When we began our partnership with Las Vegas and the state of Nevada, we made a promise that you'll be getting more than a football team, that you'd be getting an army. We promised that we'd be working in the communities. We determined that mental health was something that was very important to everybody in this room. So we have decided to take this gala focus specifically on mental health. Mental health touches everyone of our pillars, but it also touches the lives of so many people in this room. We're proud to work with partners like the Resiliency and Justice Center to expand resources and services in Nevada. It's our honor to be able to present your organization with $500,000 from the Raiders Foundation. Tonight when we walked in here, I had no idea that we would get a check for half $1,000,000. With this support, I have no doubt that this construction and the center will become a reality. Over in Black stand by and support the efforts of this community. These people have exemplified hard work, dedication, leadership and are truly committed to excellence. And just look behind us. Thousand plus people backed house with the wind, got a head, coaches behind it, got our players here. They're staff here. It's serious. It's real. 1010 thousand center right now. 1212, now gonna go 13/19/16. What I think about the Raiders bringing more awareness to this, what I love is it's a conversation now about it and I think it's beautiful. Every day like this is Las Vegas, This Is Us. More important to understand the Raiders NFL behind it is serious. I've dealt a lot of players that I played with good friends of mine that they struggle and for us to get back is huge.
