6moLove this interview! I'm a huge fan of Ron Shaich -- not only does he invest in some of the most delicious fast casual brands, including Cava and Life Alive, but he has a lot of heart. He says to lead with empathy, speak authentically and understand today what's going to be important for tomorrow. All great words to live by.
