Colton left sunny Florida to join Marriott's Voyage Program. After just a year, he became a Room Operations Voyager at the W Boston, where he helped the hotel become one of the main sponsors of the Boston Pride Parade. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, he was determined to bring Marriott's presence back to the parade. “As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it was important to me to reignite this tradition and make a meaningful impact during my Voyage program,” says Colton.
