We would like to thank our partners at Unified Command for completing the directive of restoring the Fort McHenry Federal Channel to its original dimensions after the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, a task completed far sooner than many thought possible. This milestone will get more Marylanders back to work at the Port of Baltimore and allow the Department of Transportation to focus on the directive of rebuilding the Key Bridge. Great work, all of you, who performed this monumental task.
Relentless efforts of many involved and the work of long days coming to a milestone. Congratulations. Proude of the Members of the Unified Command and those supported them.
The resilience is nothing short of world class! This type of collaboration is what makes this country the best on earth!! 👏👏👏
Absolutely tremendous example of cooperation among all. Am a little concerned about whom some want to name the restored pathway for.
Impressive growth! I hope the ship that hit it, pays for the damage or the insurance company does. But at least the port is open again.
Great work MDOT and kudos to all involved!
Just what makes that little old ant, think he can move that rubber tree plant! Thank you to the Maryland Departmennt of Transportation Team for showing what “High Hopes” can do if we work together. Impressive.
