Dear Meta Representative, First when I use my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Android Smartphone and try to follow back a user who originally followed me first, I received this message " We limit how often you can you certain things on Instagram like follow people, to protect our community. Following back Instagram users who originally followed me first in no way harms the Instagram community. Limiting how often Instagram users can follow back other Instagram users who originally followed then first makes Instagram un user friendly, and makes for a negative Instagram experience. To make Instagram more user friendly and to give Instagram users a more positive experience please allow Instagram users unlimited following back of other Instagram users who originally followed them first. Second when I try to follow back other Instagram users who originally followed me first on my laptop or desktop computed it fails to load. Please fix this technical problem, and allow for unlimited following back other Instagram users who originally followed me first when I use my laptop and desk top computer. Have a great day.

I have tried to email and message Meta separately but to no avail I don’t know what to do anymore. Facebook has locked me out of my page, I have sent my ID in and I have sent 7 videos of me holding a code. I NEVER get anything back and I still can’t access my account. This also has my business page attached. I’m at my wits end. Is anyone able to help me?

When I think of an inclusive world I think of one that doesn't cancel end users accounts and refuses to explain as to why exactly this has occurred, simply waving vaguely to some community standards and NOT explaining which part of the standards they are talking about, and not even talking about which post on a 15+ year old account has suddenly raised the ire of a decrepit AI. Yes this does happen, received a note that a post ad been removed once because of something on a post that had been up for EIGHT years once.. So yeah feeling really included..GIVE ME MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT BACK Meta

Wouldn’t be great if you also put interviews with people that meta laid off and support provided to them during their hard time.

I am living the same nightmare as Sarah Hedley MIAB ! Plus the hacker who got my account locked had me charged with facebook ads expenses that I cant stop because I am locked out. The hackers are smarter than Méta ! In the meantime, my company page cant be accessed and I am loosing my customers.... If you got an answer on how to solve that mess, please share it.
