Meet Page M., our Head of Organizational Performance at MicroHealth! Page leads the team responsible for Quality Management; they work with back office and project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, preparing for audits to obtain and maintain corporate certifications (CMMI and ISO). They also oversee all of MicroHealth's Facility Clearance requirements, coordinating security activities for new personnel and subcontractors to maintain clearances and support contract onboarding needs. Before her time at MH, she was a practicing dentist in the Air Force. It’s there that she met MicroHealth’s co-founders Frank Tucker and Claude Hines. “Claude told me that he and Frank were starting a business and asked me to join the company during their retirement party - I said yes!” Her advice to new employees? “Work hard, maintain your integrity, ask questions, learn, and don't be afraid to fail (we all do at times).” In her free time, she enjoys gardening 🪴, making sculptures with polymer clay, making jewelry 💍, and spending time with her grandkids. This July, MicroHealth is observing National Hire a Veteran Month! We’ll be spotlighting some of the employees on our team who have served in the Armed Forces. We’re kicking off this month with Michael H., Head of Information Technology at MicroHealth! Michael oversees MicroHealth's IT initiatives and strategy, managing the systems and services essential for achieving the company's corporate and project objectives. Before MH, Michael served as a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force and was a Medical Service Corps Officer (Healthcare Administrator). There, he learned “a great understanding of federal acquisition and federal health data and interoperability standards.” His favorite part about working at MicroHealth? “The camaraderie. We are a veteran-owned company, and we share that familiar culture of working hard toward a common goal while looking after each other.” In his free time, he enjoys traveling ✈️, attending concerts 🎫, playing with his dogs 🐶, riding his motorcycle 🏍️, and going to Capitals 🏒 and Nationals ⚾️ games. After decades in the service industry, Lewis pivoted to tech during the pandemic.
