Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Post

Our Group Station Managers now have office hours! 🕰️ Riders will have the opportunity to meet and share feedback directly with GSMs, get info about OMNY, Fair Fares, Reduced-Fare, and more. Each GSM will hold Office Hours twice a month at select stations across the system on a rotating basis. Look for info on station screens & posters to find out when GSM Office Hours will be held at a station near you.

I’m shocked. We can’t afford an MTA worker at each station and now they think they are going to have a MANAGER and FAQ customer service person at each station. 😂 Gtfoh! Why don’t y’all hire security so our NYPD can go take back the filthy streets of NYC?
