It was the "I got you" that got us 🥲👇🏾 "I’ve been dealing with depression, and my amazing wife secretly arranged for my big brother to fly from Houston to Los Angeles to surprise me. When l saw him, I was overwhelmed with gratitude and love. My siblings are my best friends, and their support means the world to me. If you’re struggling with mental health, remember you’re not alone. Reach out to your loved ones—they can make a huge difference. How can we not talk about family when family's all that we got🫶🏽

Transparent moment: being a person who struggles with mental health challenges this hits home real deep for me! Black men, mental health is real and its ok to need help. One of the strongest thing I ever did was to say I wasn't ok and needed help.. I got it and it's the best decision I ever made! I applaud this brother duo. One, who called his brother and two his brother came running. What great show of love!!

Amazing wife, beautiful home, cute doggie and he’s battling depression. You never know what a person is going through. On the outside we look great, but suffering on the inside. This is beautiful. When someone tells you they’re struggling, don’t brush it off. Family and friends are priceless.

This one got me a little choked up. It means the world when someone tells you they got you, and they really mean it!!!! Let the healing begin🙌🏾

I love seeing this for so many reasons. Thank you for sharing and welcoming others the space to ask for help. - it is great to see how much his wife cared enough about him to call in his guy to see about him. - what a joy it is to see black men embrace each other with pure joy and admit the mental health problem he is facing and how he is ok to ask for help.
