I am writing here because it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone about the missing half of the sofa that Sofa.com were supposed to deliver 5 weeks ago. Instead the delivery men delivered half of the sofa - shrugged and walked away. Since then no-one will speak to me or the interior company that ordered the sofa for me. I am so frustrated and incredulous that a UK company can treat people this way. I also ordered two cushions 3 months ago and this has been totally ignored- I can't get hold of anyone - I have written emails, because that what all phones messages say to do, I have written to the CEO. I know that it is not the stores fault - it is the catastrophic decision of changing the delivery company - but in writing through linden in I am hoping that someone will dee this message and contact me. Also people who are potentially going to purchase a sofa from any Sofa.com store or online need to know that they could have a disaster like me and so many other customers are experiencing.
