Reuben Levine’s Post

I love watching talented salesmen do their magic. I worked for one when I first started my career and there was this saying he used to express sincerely to clients that has resonated with me since. The phrase was: "Let me help you help us." People often ask me how I came up with the idea for our platform at StringBean Technologies ? Well, it is after a decade running a field services business and suffering helplessly at times remaining informed and proactive. It is a result of a ton of listening. Once we solved it as a service provider, our clients said: "Wow! I wish my other contractors, suppliers and manpower could keep me this informed and out in front of problems." So we went about solving it for the industry. Listen in on what brought StringBean about. So here is my story of "Help me help you help us..." Thanks to all those who have made this possible. #servicequality #vendormanagement #facilitymanagement #smartcity https://lnkd.in/gYJsBB_y

Do you really know what your vendors are doing? Property managers depend on their vendors for a lot, but how much insight do you really have about what work they actually performed, what was left undone, issues they found, or even when (or if) they showed up and left? Are your vendors providing you with this detailed reporting? Very few likely are, if any — which means that the onus is on the property manager to somehow, magically, manage and track all of this. Fortunately, there’s a surprisingly simple way to monitor and report on all of your vendor activities in real-time, with powerful reporting that can give you deep insight into your property. Take 15 minutes of your day to find out how: https://lnkd.in/ewPsqhhR #propertymanagement #proptech #processautomation
