Last week we brought our Talent Assessment and Selection training to the fantastic Recruitment and Equity HR leaders at City of Portland. Talence coach and search consultant Jennifer Greenberg, MBA, ACC led a session designed to pilot this customized training and facilitate discussion and alignment across different bureaus. What stood out about this group was the high level of care they have for the people and the processes, as well their dedication to increasing access to quality City of Portland job opportunities.
