Let me tell you why you should join MAD (Make a Difference). If you are thinking about doing something fulfilling beyond work and truly want make a difference - i think you should consider volunteering with an NGO. Being part of an NGO is not just about giving, It is also about our personal growth by being a part of a strong collective that is trying to solve a social problem. Make a Difference (MAD) is a non-profit organisation which is supporting children in childcare institutions, mentoring and empowering them to achieve their dreams for the past 15 years. The volunteering program is designed in a way that working professionals can also easily volunteer with us. In fact, I have been volunteering with MAD along with my work for the past 3 years. When you become a volunteer, you will get to work with children in child care institutions and teach them maths/English/science or work as a mentor for youth.
