5yDear Sir, I have purchased Hyundai I20 Asta (Option) car on 12th August 2018 from Ishanya Hyundai Pune. VIN No. MALBM51BLJM568139, RTO Reg No: MH12QT3033. Earlier I was using Maruti's Swift Dzire ZDi for 5 years. That car I exchanged with you. Come to my complaint, I get very negative response from showroom in all aspects, I already decided to buy Hyundai's Feature rich Hatchback thats why I purchased it. The seat covers fitted to my car are not of suitable size. When I noticed that the showroom people said that this is like that only. I asked them to remove the seat covers but they when they remove seat covers, I found that seats wear tear off!!! I asked them about that then they told me to put the seat covers on it then it will not visible. Sir, They provided me car with tear off seats. The seat covers are not proper. The response from showroom is not encouraging. Today I have most featured car I spend lot to buy top end model but I am not happy. Kindly arrange to solve my problem and arrange to change seats.
