haku's 4th Annual Forward Summit was a tremendous success. We had the pleasure of learning and networking with some of the best in the industry right here in our own backyard of Coconut Grove, Miami. The event featured inspiring sessions from speakers including Zac Clark, Alejandra Salazar, Kristen Simmons, Burhan Sebin, Alex Kerr, Tamara Pluviose, MSM, Jay Holder, and our very own Jaclyn Levi. Tying it all together was our amazing Emcee, Marc Goldman.

Ogden Marathon

Melissa Marrero and Maria Llerena enjoyed supporting the Ogden Marathon this year. This event boasted the largest turnout yet compared to previous years and was completely sold out. The race offers a Marathon, Relay, Half marathon, 12K, and 5K, with spectacular views throughout the entire course.

MCM Historic Half

Andria Evans and Olivia Thaler had a great time supporting the Marine Corps Historic Half. As the second leg of both their Semper Fi and Distinguished Participant Challenges, runners from 47 states flocked to Fredericksburg to #RunwiththeMarines

Baptist Health Twilight 5k

Melissa Marrero, Larry A. Gamble, Kate Sullivan, Byron De Paz, Allison Medina, David Lozano, Haden McCarter, Jeanne Medina and more enjoyed both supporting and participating in South Miami’s favorite block party, the Baptist Health Twilight 5k. The event was a huge success and we were able to see many finishers persevere through the hot and humid weather. This race has been around for over 50 years and still a big hit in the local community!

Eagles Autism Challenge

Ornella Cedeno, Kyleigh Asencio, and Jeanne Medina had the opportunity to support the Eagles Autism Challenge in Philadelphia, PA. With a record-setting 8.1 million raised for the foundation, it was truly amazing to see the impact that was able to be generated through this epic event.

Unlock Greater Customization with Our New Site Builder Components

We're excited to introduce next week new components to our site builder to allow for even more customization on sites. The new components include a light box component that can be linked to registrations, membership sign-ups, or donations to increase engagement, an accordion component for streamlined content presentation, and a social follow component for easy addition of social media links. These enhancements aim to increase user engagement, improve content navigation, and boost online presence.

Improve Your Donor Experience, Compliance, and Community Growth

We’re enhancing our donation email receipts by including the donation date, making it easier for donors to reference and comply with tax requirements. To meet new Gmail and Yahoo standards, we’re adding a one-click unsubscribe option in non-transactional emails, ensuring compliance and improving email deliverability. Additionally, organizers will be able to track referred memberships to gain insights into the lifetime value of their community members, aiding in better community management and growth.

Simplified Tax Management and New Payment Integration

You will now be able to collect various taxes on products and registrations within a single event and have the option to hide the tax amount within the registration fee for clearer pricing. Additionally, detailed VAT breakdowns are shown on partner invoices, and VAT can be applied to products on both account and event pages, as well as collected on applications.

We're also excited to introduce Bancontact, a primary payment method in Belgium, to our platform. This addition caters to Belgian users' preferences and ensures seamless transactions across all payment points internationally.
