We are looking for an Operations Manager to support resourcing and developing scalable teams across a diverse, inclusive and inspiring creative culture. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners to scope, scale, and resource world-class creative and design teams across business priorities. This role will also lead our contractor workforce model and investments. The successful candidate is a problem solver and clear communicator with experience working across creative and business functions. We are looking for a detail-oriented tactical operator, who has a passion for tracking, reporting and finding opportunities to improve our processes and systems to help mobilize a growing, global creative team.
Operations Manager Responsibilities
  • Facilitate resource management across creative and design, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager who leads resourcing across Creative X
  • Partner with Discipline leadership to determine strategic, creative resourcing solutions for current project needs and forecasting for future growth
  • Build meaningful relationships with our creative and design team members
  • develop an understanding of their skillsets and experience to ensure they are assigned to projects that align with their capabilities
  • Assist in contractor recruitment by coordinating interviews and meetings, conducting candidate outreach, and managing contractor relationships
  • Ensure our contractor program is optimized for our budget and priorities, working alongside cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure that our contractor force is fully utilized
  • Independently assess project requirements against comprehensive, cross-functional creative briefs, making autonomous talent decisions that serve the best interests of all stakeholders
  • Develop new team structures, ways of working and innovative approaches to tackle complex creative challenges
  • Track and report on resource capacity planning
  • Support long-lead planning with the Creative Leadership and Program Management Leads to build teams, frameworks and systems that best support key initiatives, campaigns and projects
  • Support the onboarding and immersion of new hires
  • Support the success of our creative awards program by leading through case study development and award entry submissions with creative teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years working in resource management at a creative agency, production studio or client side
  • Experience working with and navigating marketing and creative organizations
  • Experience in Resource Management tools such as Monday, Asana and/or Workfront
  • Experience managing and onboarding freelancers, vendors, agencies, or contractors
  • Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven understanding of end-to-end creative & marketing process
  • Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and has experience to multitasking
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years working in resource management at a creative agency, production studio or client side
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
