Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager who is excited by the opportunity to bring the next billion of users to Meta. This is a strategic role with responsibility for identifying new user acquisition and monetization strategies, as well as understanding the programmatic importance of working with telco partners. In this role, you will identify market and user insights in order to guide strategic direction, product development, and product adoption. Key to this is accelerating solutions to innovate with carriers to attract new users. In this capacity, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Product Growth. Excellent strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, analytical and communication skills are a must, as well as comfort with ambiguity. Ideally, you will also have a strong understanding of the market forces shaping the telecom ecosystem, and a track record of shaping product strategy and growing adoption.
Product Marketing Manager, Partner Growth Responsibilities
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the market internally with Product Management and Engineering, with a focus on carrier monetization and user acquisition
  • Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the telco market
  • Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to facilitate successful product alpha and beta programs and launches globally
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Meta ecosystem and competitive landscape to create strategic product feedback and positioning
  • Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, and launch strategy
  • Partner effectively with Product Management to lead world-class product marketing communications for new products
  • Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective sales support materials and packages are created
  • Grow product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and effective product launches
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-maker
  • Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions for businesses
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing against global launch plans to bring products to market
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the telecom space
