Our team manages risk for Meta’s payment ecosystem across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Reality Labs, with direct impact on Meta's revenue. We are seeking a skilled product manager in Tel Aviv who will focus on detection strategy and execution.
Product Manager, Financial Integrity Risk Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
  • Actively work with teams across Monetization and Integrity to identify synergies and initiate partnerships that create business value
  • Collaborate with Risk Operations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our run-the-business activities
  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Work as the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years product management or related industry experience
  • Background in risk management, integrity or cyber security
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
  • Displaying strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical and/or analytical background, including familiarity with Machine Learning terms, metrics and work methods
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, regulations, and industry trends
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
