Meta is seeking a Campaign Manager responsible for the end-to-end campaign programming management of all ecosystem initiatives for the Meta Quest App Store. You are an expert on content initiatives that drive user engagement with a proven track-record of launching content campaigns. These include content launches, editorial moments, sales and new trends in a digital platform. Background in digital apps, streaming content, SAS, or Enterprise systems with strong operational and analytical sense. You exhibit strong systems thinking while adhering to tight deadlines and working collaboratively with cross-functional and global partners.
Campaign Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead campaign programming management of all ecosystem initiatives for the Meta Quest App Store
  • Support business goals through effective site personalization, curation and execution of marketing and merchandising strategies & programs
  • Work with team leads, product managers, data scientists and engineers to execute campaign elements
  • Own management of promotional events
  • scale and execute on existing plans, and quality assurance of events
  • Ensure that the campaign's goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered to
  • Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basis
  • Report, analyze and iterate campaigns based on results/outcomes
  • Create and manage aspects of campaigns, including: asset creation, developer negotiations, campaign localization, and more
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of project or program management with a focus on e-commerce
  • 4+ years experience designing or working within a content management system (CMS)
  • Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online channels
  • Understanding of the technical foundations of digital content distribution
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team execution
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, simple, and direct
  • Strong technical understanding of internal tools
  • Experience solving complex problems
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team results
  • Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving, and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
