The Customer Levers PM lead will be responsible for the core Financial Integrity experiences, driving meaningful impact in managing risk, reducing leakage, and increasing incremental revenue for Meta. This role spans the customer experiences that our advertisers engage with in order to build more trust and unlock additional spending. Ultimately, the experiences and platform owned by Customer Levers empowers advertisers to spend frictionlessly and helps to protect Meta from fraudsters. In addition, this team also provides customer support for all of our payment-related products ensuring that all of our users (advertisers, creators, businesses, individuals, etc) get the help they need to resolve issues.
Product Management Lead, Customer Levers Responsibilities
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  • Manage a portfolio of products, all that have meaningful business impact, making key tradeoffs decisions with where to prioritize
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of experience with payment card industry or payments
  • 8+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products
  • 8+ years experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
  • 8+ years of experience taking a web product idea from concept through launch
  • 8+ years experience in product management or product design
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
