Are you passionate about increasing legitimacy and protecting voice? Cross Meta Integrity’s mission is to protect the community and its voice. As an org within the Cross-Meta Products portfolio, we look at integrity problems across platforms and partner closely with integrity teams across Meta, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger & Monetization THE TEAM This opportunity is for a designer to join the Actor Integrity team within Cross Meta Integrity's Problems pillar that looks to address harm across our platform. The team exists to reduce prevalence of high risk harms and increase defensibility of Meta's actions through product experiences.
Product Designer Cross Meta Integrity Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the creation of responsible digital norms and interventions that promote safety across our platforms. Working across surfaces you will play a pivotal role in addressing a wide spectrum of problems such as fraud, compromise and other such prevalent problems posing a threat to people building communities & pursuing economic opportunity across our apps.
Minimum Qualifications
  • + Strategic — Able to go deep in the harm prevention space, understand people problems, and be an active participant in shaping short and long term strategy
  • + Collaboration and Communication — You’re an exceptional communicator able to develop relationships quickly with XFN partners, Problem Teams and other Surface teams across FoA & monetisation
  • + Visual Design — You’ll need to be a strong visual designer and system thinker able to utilize and contribute back to our design systems as well as enforce our values around craft and simplicity
  • + Adaptable — Can jump easily between intricate interactions, high-level information architecture problems, reviewing work with leadership, and leaning in to support x-Org initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced Designer — You bring a wealth of design experience and are seen as a trusted leader within the design team and throughout the product organization
  • Storytelling - Ability to simplify complex systems & tradeoffs to build compelling narratives that can enable product decision making
