Engagement Lead

Meta is seeking an Engagement Lead for the Meta Quest App Store who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and user interactions in our growing ecosystem. You have a demonstrated understanding of analyzing user trends to identify areas for improvement, while developing action plans to ensure platform scalability. You also have proven your ability to work in a fast paced environment, deliver on hard deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional and global partners.
Engagement Lead Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and engagement by working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, product design, legal, and UXR teams.
  • Use data to identify and test new engagement and retention levers.
  • Coordinate sprint cycles, experimentation roadmaps, and cross-dependencies across numerous engineering and product workflows.
  • Maintain strong ownership of engagement frameworks. Ensure resolution of issues as they arise, with an eye towards driving sustained growth.
  • Track store performance metrics and drive programs that generate the best possible outcomes for ecosystem success.
  • Be a thought leader in audience growth trends and opportunities for the team.
  • Product-minded, strategic thinker who can operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience
  • Proven success in driving engagement growth in various ecosystems
  • Understanding of technical concepts and inclination to learn how to use proprietary tools
  • Experience interpreting data to synthesize hypotheses and identify gaps and opportunities
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking deliverables
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, simple, and direct
  • Experience managing competing asks and making tough prioritization decisions
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, and translate this into actionable insights for the team
  • Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion
  • Strategic execution experience

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
