Financial Integrity Compliance is responsible for driving trust and integrity for users and businesses, across Meta's payment ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Messenger and Reality Labs), while accelerating growth. We mitigate financial compliance risks and improve Meta's financial compliance posture, allowing Meta to continue and scale its monetization efforts, by detecting and removing high risk harms from our ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced and skilled product manager to lead product strategy, drive alignment with partners, and drive execution to implement innovative controls, capabilities and solutions across the Financial Integrity Compliance platform.
Product Manager, Financial Integrity Compliance Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals aligned with business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
  • Drive the team through vision setting, strategy, OKRs and execution, considering technical and analytical constraints
  • Partner closely with XFN leads (Engineering Manager, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.) and partners (product teams, compliance, legal, operations) to drive impact together
  • Actively work with teams across Monetization and Integrity orgs to identify synergies and initiate partnerships to create business value
  • Collaborate with Financial Compliance Operations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our run-the-business activities
  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Minimum Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in Product Management working within a technology company
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Experience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and technical presentation skills
  • Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the FinTech industry
  • Knowledge in Financial Compliance areas and/or integrity
  • Technical and/or analytical background
