Facebook is seeking an individual to support the Facebook Monetization Surfaces Team within Facebook Monetization, which is at the intersection of consumers and advertisers. This role is responsible for the monetization, through ads, of new or emerging areas (“surfaces”) of the Facebook App. This role supports the Surfaces team within Facebook Monetization and will operate in close partnership with Facebook’s overall monetization efforts. This person will represent the advertiser perspective to drive product strategy, product innovation, product testing and the creation of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
Product Marketing Manager, Facebook Monetization Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy, bridging short-term execution and long-term vision to execute innovation on the Facebook App Surface
  • Identify opportunities and represent the view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
  • Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements
  • Quarterback go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption
  • Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy and product documentation
  • Partner with the Product Management, Research, Engineering, Sales, Communications and other key teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience with experience working in a product marketing, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements
  • Management consulting experience in advertising, media, or commerce business
  • Digital advertising experience including understanding of digital advertising models both in the U.S. and globally
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Experience with being resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills

$99,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
