The newly formed EMEA Consumer & Creator team is looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager who is passionate about building brands and connecting with our audiences in meaningful ways. A marketer with a strong analytical mindset, skilled at distilling key insights/themes from brand, product and consumer data and transforming these insights into actionable strategies and campaigns that resonate with our Consumers. We are looking for a marketer who is experienced in developing marketing plans that move hearts and minds, and deliver tangible business growth outcomes . This role requires working closely with our global and regional cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business outcomes. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, embrace flex between strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution and have a proven track record of delivering business impact. To be successful, you must be able to connect the dots between global strategies and regional/ local resonance, leverage compelling human and cultural stories behind every data point, and translate them into integrated marketing programmes that spark world-class creative and action.
EMEA Consumer Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • Help identify and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that fuel our Growth Funnel.
  • Understand and contextualize audience insights and behavior as well as market and technological trends to inform strategy, creative and GTM development.
  • Collaborate with our internal insights team and external partners to deepen our knowledge of EMEA consumers, while bringing to life core human insights in inspiring creative briefs.
  • Drive the creation and development of marketing campaigns that cut through and deliver impact on our brand, our business and our users.
  • Partner with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to ensure regional strategies and local-market briefs ladder up to globally-aligned strategy while flexing appropriately for social, cultural, and product nuances locally.
  • Collaborate with Creator and Business teams across EMEA to drive alignment across the three audiences’plans and activate with unified GTM strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate the measurement plan and learning agenda for Consumer initiatives, to measure business impact and generate proof points for scale up within EMEA and across other regions.
  • Proven track record of developing EMEA regional plans and leading multi country initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience developing regional marketing strategy, plans and integrated consumer campaigns that are rooted in insights and embedded in culture.
  • Experience in executing marketing activations with tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience with influencing and aligning points-of-view across a variety of cross functional teams, including building global-regional relationships and managing external agencies.
  • Proven track record of developing EMEA regional strategies and leading multi country initiatives.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English is required - additional languages (EMEA) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in product marketing and partnership marketing.
  • MBA/Master's degree in Marketing.
