Manager, Product Growth Responsibilities
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how Meta users interact with both consumer and business products.
  • Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and monetization, and partner with growth-focused engineering teams to execute on projects based on what is identified to accelerate the growth and adoption of Meta’s products.
  • Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and longterm trends in the adoption of Meta’s products to identity opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth.
  • Influence and inform product teams through presentation of databased recommendations.
  • Follow the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of Meta’s products.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, and partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Mathematics or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
  • Strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
  • Manipulating data sets through statistical software using R, SAS or Pivot Tables
  • Product optimization including funneling and website optimization
  • Outbound communication channel optimization including email or push notifications
  • SQL
  • Analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results of analyses
  • Hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions, experimentation logic and biases
  • Analyzing funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of products
  • and Ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth.

$235,436/year to $257,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
